Concierge Primary Care is designed to simplify pediatric care and reduce stress for your family. Your membership includes comprehensive well visits with developmental screenings, labs, and referrals, along with unlimited sick visits—either in-home or via telemedicine—and direct access to your pediatrician by phone or text.

Includes well checks at 2-5 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 month, 4 month, 6 month, and 9 months old with unlimited sick visits and telemedicine support
Ages 1-3 years old
$80 per month
Includes well checks at 12, 15, 18, 24, and 30 months old along with unlimited sick visits and telemedicine support
Ages 4-18 years old
$70 per month
Includes annual well visits along with unlimited sick visits and telemedicine support
College Students
$60 per month

Includes annual well visits along with telemedicine support for students living in Colorado—making it a great option for college students in Colorado Springs.
