Get to Know Your Pediatrician

MY APPROACH
Compassionate Care When You Need It

I founded Infinite Bounds Pediatrics to improve access to pediatric mental health care — but I quickly realized families needed more than that.

Like many parents, I experienced postpartum anxiety. Being able to message a pediatrician during late-night worries brought tremendous comfort. I also faced challenges with breastfeeding, sleep struggles, and the many questions that come with watching a baby grow and develop. During those moments, waiting months for an appointment felt overwhelming. Having timely access to a trusted pediatrician made an enormous difference in my family’s well-being.

Those experiences shaped my vision for this practice and the way I care for families — with empathy, accessibility, and a deep understanding of how important timely support can be.

My goal is to provide pediatric care that is accessible, supportive, and transparent, with clear pricing and services available when families need them most. Through a concierge-style practice, I’m able to stay connected with families, meet them where they are, and offer guidance when questions arise.

My mission is simple: care without limits and infinite support for growing families.
ABOUT ME
Dr. Rebecca Harlow, MD, FAAP, CLE

I am a board-certified pediatrician with more than twenty years of experience working with children.

My passion for caring for children began early, working as a gymnastics instructor and daycare teacher in my teens. Those experiences sparked my interest in child development and led me to study Neuroscience and Psychology at Trinity University, where I graduated with honors after conducting research on children’s language development.

I went on to attend Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center for medical school and completed pediatric residency at Brooke Army Medical Center in 2018. After residency, I served as a pediatrician in the United States Air Force before moving to Colorado in 2022.

Throughout my career, I have pursued additional training in autism, ADHD, and pediatric mental health so I can better support children and families navigating developmental and behavioral concerns. In 2025, I also earned certifications in pediatric sleep and potty training to help families through some of the most common challenges of early childhood.

While my medical training has shaped my expertise, becoming a mother has shaped the way I care for families. It deepened my understanding of the everyday joys, worries, and questions that come with raising children.
