Your membership encompasses thorough well visits with developmental screenings, lab work, and referrals, as well as unlimited sick visits—either in-home or through telemedicine. You gain direct access to your pediatrician via phone or text.

We offer two membership options: flexible month-to-month care or a discounted annual membership for added value and convenience.

Monthly Membership

Comprehensive well visits following the schedule recommended by the American Academy of Pediatrics

Requires $75 registration fee per child

An Annual Membership includes everything listed above in the monthly plan PLUS:

Ages 1-12 months
$110 per month
Includes well checks at 2-5 days, 2 weeks, 1 month, 2 month, 4 month, 6 month, and 9 months old with unlimited sick visits and telemedicine support
Ages 1-3 years old
$100 per month
Includes well checks at 12, 15, 18, 24, and 30 months old along with unlimited sick visits and telemedicine support
Ages 4-18 years old
$90 per month
Includes annual well visits along with unlimited sick visits and telemedicine support
College Students
$70 per month
Includes annual well visits along with telemedicine support for students living in Colorado—making it a great option for college students in Colorado Springs.
